I’ve always had a fairly low resting pulse and blood pressure. Just had an insurance company workup this morning and my resting pulse was 52 and my BP was 101 over 57.
When I was younger I did a lot of biofeedback to keep my pulse rate down. It’s worked well for me ever since.
