I'm hoping he's selling it for parts, not that it has a parts only, nonrepairable or scrap title. Parts only titled cars shouldn't be found in the wild, it's illegal to sell them to anybody who doesn't have a scrap metal dealer or auto dismantler license, at least here in Michigan.
