I can check that, this is a really small engine, 31cc, for a weed wacker. I think there is some filter. Two different lines from the fuel tank, one goes to squeeze bulb and the other direct to carb, so I can see how a clogged filter could do that. -- Max Dillon Charleston SC '87 300TD '95 E300
