How ambi do you want? Double sided safeties are fairly common, reversible mag releases less so, and I don't know when I've seen a slide release on the right side of a pistol. But I hardly ever use the slide release lever so that's not a big deal. I've shot in competitions where they made me shoot my P938 left handed and done OK.
