Dan, In addition to our four housecats, we are feeding 18 cats that were abandoned by some crappy neighbors. Those "people" abandoned their home after Social Services took their eight children. Don't feel sorry for them, they defaulted on their USDA-guaranteed mortgage and they destroyed a nice house to the point it is no longer fit for human habitation. Many people and several churches tried to help them but you just can't help some people. It's a long story but that's the short version.
