Tonight is supposed to be the last night it is below freezing for a few days. According to the current forecast, the next 5 nights are to be 35 or more.

Too Late for the lantana, even though it was covered. All the leaves are freeze dried. I am guessing it is all dead to the ground, but some of the branches may survive.

The sego palm is happy as a clam.

I have not gone out to look at the camellia, but the blossoms will be all frozen.

There are fast growing shrubs/brush that looks like a sheffelaria (SP?) and the leaves on them are frostbitten, but maybe not dead. I have never seen them frostbitten before, but it was around 20 several nights. The coolest I ever saw it here before was 23-24.

Azalea blooms are gone. They had been fooled into thinking spring had sprung and had a few blossoms.
