use it all the time. Mostly to cook frozen FF , Tater Tots or Onion rings.
Have used it to roast fresh Brussel Sprouts, cauliflower also bake potatoes.

A friend has one of the Phillips units. I've used both. The Brio has a better temp and timer controls than the Phillips and in my and others say cooks faster
and better.

Yes they are not a true fryer more like a small convection oven.
