Well, when a set of winter tars cost near as much as the vee-hicle, and the rubber on it is in VG condition, (and it is an "appliance" vehicle) it makes sense to flip it and buy another, possibly one with good winter tars. (Or something else with cheaper size tars)

That seems a bit extreme, sell rather than re-tire? Are new tires that
expensive?

Green exterior, right? Rust? How is the interior condition?
