I'll buy the 190D, free up the tranny, and trade Jim out of that 240D.
Sound good?  I'm going to look at it tomorrow since I have a free day.

Well, I'm personally looking to try to make a couple of months'
health insurance out of the 240D, and only have a budget in the
few hundreds for a 190D motor/tranny pair.  A terminally rusty
one with a bit of drivetrain life left in it would be ideal.
