Actually we've already got about 100 nuclear reactors operating (or capable
of operating) at sea, both on the surface and underwater.  Guy named
Rickover had something to do with that.  At one time the U.S. Navy also had
nuclear-powered cruisers and IIRC one or two nuke destroyers.

The ROI / cost of that power is probably the limiting factor, not the
feasibility.
