Whole buncha stuff wrong on that R75/5  1973+ toaster side covers, 
wheels appear to be alum alloy, not stock, chrome center stand, black 
label Bing carbs, chrome starter cover, aircleaner box, valve covers.   
I don't know what the red thing is sticking out.  Whatever it is, it 
does not belong there.
