sounds like a high mileage salesman retired and moved to AZ and then
just ran around on a golf cart mostly.

Waukesha, WI and northern IL (Carol Stream is a Chicago suburb). Salt
country. Check that undercarriage closely. I would think that as long
as it’s been in the desert southwest any potential for rusting would
have occurred long ago.
