I should think that attesting to having a garage and storing your car in it is fraud if you have no garage and the car is not normally stored in the garage.

The car has to be stored inside, which is a requirement for Hagerty. I’ve

attestation as far as I know.

My agent said I couldn't insure my 82 300CD as an antique with Hagerty without

When I had my 50 Dodge pickup insured with Condon Skelly I had to have a

Are you sure that was a “picture of the car in your garage”?

I’ve had a number of Hagerty policies, and while they usually want a photograph
of the car, they've never asked for one in the garage.

Hagerty will insure our older cars as long as you have one daily driver that’s
fully insured as such.
