Charity had a W140 S320 at Copart about a year ago, hit harder in the back than that, serious buckling of the quarter panels and back end folded down at least 6". I was surprised to see the bid go to $700 (plus fees) and flabbergasted when they didn't drop their reserve and accept it, relisting it the next week instead.
