A buddy of mine used to have one. I guess it was cool but really served
no practical purpose.

I don’t recall all the details, but I can tell you that I’ve ridden in real
HumVees like his, and it was a less that pleasant experience. And I wasn’t even
being shot at at the time.
Short of wanting some sort of off-road vehicle like a Jeep, I’m not sure why
anyone would want one of these. They’re horribly impractical and not at all
enjoyable to drive or ride in.

The guy who started that topic paid $9k+ for his, which was more like $12k out
the door.
They've got nine in GA and one in PR right now.
Somewhere I think he said Govplanet can provide a FL offroad title for extra
dollars.
Road titles are harder to come by.
Then there's the whole deal with 2-3 months to get government permission to
possess the thing...
