That's a Grand National model, the factory hot rod.  Rare, fast.  Car &
Driver called it "Sideways at Any Speed" because pushing on the go pedal to
firmly would cause the rear tires to loose traction in a bunch of smoke.

I'm surprised it didn't go for a higher price.
