There’s context here if you know the area…. Gibsonton is a census designated town in Hillsborough County that has the only exceptions to County ordinances about storing equipment on your property as well as housing non-agricultural livestock/animals.
It is the winter home of what used to be circuses and carnys. Most lots are in excess of an acre, and this time of year they’re jammed with trailers full of carnival rides and food trucks/trailers.
