Breaking News: There will be NO farms closed due to the extreme cold. Farmers will be out in the cold and high winds tending livestock. They will be praying for machinery to work, fences to hold, and that the axe does not break when cutting through ice to water the livestock. If you know a farmer, or if you like to eat, tell them thanks!
It may be -25 or -28 and wind chill of - 40 or -60, but life goes on and there is work to be done.
