I'm in the middle of fixing the blower motor on my '95 E300. Today removed old motor, and drove off the two squirrel cage fan blades. De-soldered the power and ground wires from the original motor.
I bought a bare motor for the early 124 cars, now I have to attach the wires and install the fans, then install the motor. -- Max Dillon Charleston SC On February 2, 2019 4:54:10 PM EST, Craig via Mercedes <mercedes@okiebenz.com> wrote: >On Sat, 2 Feb 2019 08:34:28 -0500 Meade Dillon via Mercedes ><mercedes@okiebenz.com> wrote: > >> So what else is on the list to get this car into daily driving >service? > >- Change transmission ATF and filter > >- Check to see if there is a current drain on the battery, if so > track it down and fix it > >- Change power steering fluid and filter > >- Check out wierdness of high/low beam function, fix what is amiss, > aim headlights > >- Check source of bulb out error light, replace bulbs as necessary > (I suspect one of the brake lights) > >- Fix HVAC blower, which currently does not operate > > >There are probably more things, but I cannot remember them right now. > > >Craig > >_______________________________________ >http://www.okiebenz.com > >To search list archives http://www.okiebenz.com/archive/ > >To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: >http://mail.okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com _______________________________________ http://www.okiebenz.com To search list archives http://www.okiebenz.com/archive/ To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: http://mail.okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com
