My phone was dropped and destroyed. Screen is completely useless so I can’t do anything on it. I have a replacement on the way but want to make sure I have the phone backed up. When I log into my I cloud account I can see all of my contacts etc not it does not appear the entire phone was backed up. I guess I only had it set to backup certain things and not the whole phone. In the past when I got a new phone I simply backed up old phone then downloaded it to the new phone and it was ready to go just like the old phone. Does anybody know some sort of way I can backup the phone without being able to see the screen. If I plug it into the computer I believe a message pops up that says to trust computer. I can’t click to trust. Thoughts or ideas?
