I have discovered that I have better luck if I just go to the dealer and
buy OEM. The cost is usually about the same and I ensure that I get an
original fit.

Was driving the $500E300 this afternoon and a little rain shower
started so I put on the wiper. It made about 3 passes and the blade
fell off, landed in the well there between the hood and windshield.
Kinda surprising, that has never happened to me! I pulled over and
popped it back on, I guess the clip wasn't in tight or something.
Anyway, later I drove home and it was raining steadily, wiper blade
stayed on.
It was a new blade I put on a few months ago, and I don't think I have
used the wipers much since.
