Diff and probably the driveshaft. Rear subframe and suspension
components are probably ok. Not high turnover items for a junkyard.
My Q??? is: IF it is an E320, why does it have 2 camshafts that appear
to be in the correct positions to be in a v8????

Value appears to be about the worth of one used tail light, less the
cost of disposing of the balance of the vehicle.
