hate all of that. I've even talked to cops about that and the consensus is that it's a judgment call. If you have nothing better to do and they are way too bright then they may give them a warning. They get a ticket only if stopped for something else.

With modern high-intensity/LED headlights does it really matter? I find
night driving very difficult with all the piercing, blue-tinged
headlights right in your eyes or mirrors. The glare is like nothing I've

Are there even DOT regulations on headlights anymore? Seems like
anything goes, the brighter the better.
