So this is good?  I guess that since there's no emissions testing for 
diesels in CA, there are no records.  It's funny that there weren't any 
title transfers (possibly a one owner car?)
I'm going to look at the car tomorrow.  He's had it up for sale for nearly a 
week, so I may have some wiggle room on the price.
