We're talking about the 1/2 ton Chevy so at least it'll only be 1 car on the 
trailer.
Makes the Dodge with the VM Motori engine sound pretty good. That engine is a 
staple of medium duty trucks in Europe...

It's OK. 
When you experience total loss of oil pressure you will receive a notice on the 
Driver Information Center and you can immediately shut down and coast to a stop 
wherever you may be. With luck, the nearest Chevy dealer might have you back on 
the road within a day or two.

I can just imagine a high mile driver like Kaleb losing his oil pump at 10PM on 
a Saturday with a car on the trailer.
