Same sort of idiocy is going on nationwide. The build out of homes in clearly stupid locations is rampant. SWMBA took me for a drive up the side of a foothill (technically mountain) with giant grades, small roadway, large scrub covered lots and homes lacking access to fire plugs. The whole thing reminded me of Laguna Beach/Blue Bird Canyon in the early 70’s where scrubland was being turned into denser and denser homesites. Then a bunch of years later the whole place went up in flames.
Seems Hawai’i lets you plant homes in lava flows. clay monroe > I turned my computer upside down and shook it, but the bookmark for what I'm > looking for didn't fall out. > On Sep 25, 2019, at 8:45 AM, Craig via Mercedes <mercedes@okiebenz.com> wrote: > > On Wed, 25 Sep 2019 08:01:09 -0400 Buggered Benzmail via Mercedes > <mercedes@okiebenz.com> wrote: > >> https://www.seattletimes.com/business/builders-profit-owners-worry-amid-disaster-area-development/ > > But it's happening in San Diego ... > > > Craig > > _______________________________________ > http://www.okiebenz.com > > To search list archives http://www.okiebenz.com/archive/ > > To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: > http://mail.okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com > _______________________________________ http://www.okiebenz.com To search list archives http://www.okiebenz.com/archive/ To Unsubscribe or change delivery options go to: http://mail.okiebenz.com/mailman/listinfo/mercedes_okiebenz.com
