Neighbor came over tonight while I was messing around in the garage. Seems his mother in law has a 1993 300SL that she has owned since new that she wants to sell. It’s got around 105k on the clock, I think he said it was white. Don’t know any more about the provenance, but I asked him to check if she had service records and where it has been maintained. She’s in Ft. Lauderdale (heaven’s waiting room as it’s known) and was originally from Michigan. He said he was pretty sure the car was garaged in the winters.
He’s emailing me details and pictures. She even had a pretty realistic idea of price, with an ask around $5k but would settle for $3.5k. Once I know more I’ll post it. If anyone is interested drop me a private message.
