Yes the little suction fan is under the passenger side of the dash and the tube runs up the A pillar and across. Apparently they disintegrate over time. My little fan honked like a goose, but that noise was from under the dash. If it is coming from the visor area it must be a suction phenomenon related to the tube falling apart.
