Yeah but they’ll swap your worn out ratchets with Asian made ones. If you look online, you might be able to buy rebuild kits for your USA ratchets. If you have a vintage craftsman RHFT (round head fine tooth) ratchet, do not swap it out as these are quite desirable and valuable! Here is an example of a RHFT ratchet:
