I use Costco fuel in my cars exclusively, and have never had a problem. It’s
Top Tier stuff, so tossing an occasional bottle of Techron in them is a waste
of money.

I’ve never looked, but i wonder if there is an equivalent for Top Tier fuel in
diesel? I tell the eldest boy to always fuel up at our local Shell. The price
is competitive and it’s unlikely they would have crappy fuel. It’s a busy place
and turns fuel over pretty often as well.
