I used Fluid Film for the insides of the rockers and other body panels on the 
finnie. They have a kit with a long hose and spray nozzle on the end you can 
thread into a cavity and unload:

Only drawback is that it makes you car smell like sheep. Not a problem as long 
as there aren’t any shepherds nearby. Wicked awesome stuff.
