Arrived today, pieces missing, looks like they wrapped it up in a brown paper bag and a few layers of packing tape, called it good, and tossed it in the mail. Package was open at one end, the big bolts and a nut and maybe some washers have been left somewhere between here and Germany.
It appears that the important bits are here, so maybe a trip to the hardware store will make the tool usable.
