However, for what it is worth, I also read that one of the reasons that
the numbers have jumped is that they have found a better way to
determine if one is infected and they may therefore be catching it earlier.
It also appears that the WHO did not consider this to be as likely to
become as bad as it has and therefore dropped the ball. Hopefully they
can catch up.
