Mississippi catfish are not sent to the chicoms ot vietcoms. They are
processed in the USA. Same for Gulf shrimp. Some tribes are growing
tilapia here and processing them here. But, buyer beware. Know your
local food sources. It is generally NOT the grocery store.

I was rather unsettled to learn that china is intercepting the
products we eat and serving as deboning and filleting processors, then
the food is sent here. NASTY! I was fine with their toxic meddling in
electronics, but I am adamantly opposed to eating anything that comes
out of china. Seems I will have to consume only those anadromous
fishies I snag myself.
