I'm living proof that Vit.D works ..I take 7000 to 10000 units a day along with K2 [K2 stops the arteries from clogging with calcium].. I haven't had a flu shot in 15 yrs ..No flu for me !!! Even after my major stroke 11 yrs ago,the hospital wanted to give me flu shot but I refused...I take 1000 mg of Vit C too ..Haven't had a cold in 3 yrs. knock on wood ...Mercedes content: gotta refinish some of my wood trim
