A local mech has a 300SD maybe 3-4 yr ago sitting in his yard for awhile. I stopped by one day, the car was in excellent condition, gold color light interior, but he thought head was cracked. He wanted like $1200 for it. I knew there was an engine in a junkyard in a wrecked car probably with a good head, I offered $500, he wouldn’t budge. Don’t know what happened to it, wasn’t there much longer. It was kinda weird being smaller than an SDL.
