Pretty much, yes. It’s only really noticeable when you’re sitting still or when 
you first turn the key on to start.

It’s a stock Carter high pressure pump that was a little over $100 when I 
bought mine. The only hack involved was to block off the overflow line, I 
think. I’ve got pictures and some posts from another forum/list that explain 
how I did it if you want them, just let me know.
