I read the other day that US demand for eggs has gone up some absurd percentage.https://www.washingtonpost.com/business/2020/03/26/shortages-eggs-stress-baking/ But in the 2 weeks since that article USDA says prices are coming back down:https://www.ams.usda.gov/sites/default/files/media/Egg%20Markets%20Overview.pdf At the "regular" grocery store last Thursday there were only 6 packs of organic eggs, no conventional eggs to be had. The co-op had local eggs 2 weeks ago but they were $3/dz. Really nice eggs though. -Curt
