I must confess, being a pilot, I ask the Dr. more in depth questions than any patient he ever had. He got the work because he carefully answered each and every one of them, then sent me to read medical eye information to back it up. To say, "I was deeply concerned" is mild... Being blessed with outstanding vision for decades [tested at 20/10 on a number of flight physicals for years] I wanted to "Do it right".
There was an insurance coverage battle, in my case, because I wanted only the deluxe of lens, laser cataract removal, etc etc... after much back and forth...
