I found out that this 6.9 has been sitting for a while and has the following issues: 1. Recently lost reverse while in the shop. 2) Rear accumulator is shot 3) Needs a center link that is NLA, although steering was recently addressed and play is minimal 4) Coolant leak that is not related to cooling system - probably leaky head gasket (although exhaust is clear) 5) Type 2 ACC needs an overhaul - AC doesn't work 6) PS box is leaking
On the plus side, only one rust spot (lower corner of front w/s), leather seats are solid with no cracks. Maybe a couple small cracks in the dash The owner was a Mercedes collector and serviced his cars at the dealer, but this 6.9 probably suffered more from lack of driving than anything else.
