Or do like I do - use solid wood ramps if you have to work under the car.

I just sandwiched progressively longer pieces of 2x12 with a bevel cut on the 
end. Crude and heavy, for sure, but with six “layers” of wood it gets the car 
up in the air a good 10” or so and there is no possible way it can collapse.
