[MBZ] VPN, not political

I was talking to the 11 year old today.  I asked him what he thought 
about Trump banning Tic Tok. I have never heard of this but apparently 
it is something the kids use these days.  He says he doesn't care 
because he has a VPN so he can just say he is in Canada.  What the heck 
does an 11 year old need with a VPN much less ever even hearing of one 
or how to get one and use it.
