Why if masks must be worn to avoid spreading WRD, why is it OK to remove them in restaurants? In Arkansas for example you must wear them to and from your table but not at the table. Does it somehow not spread at the table? On airplanes, why must mask be worn except for eating or drinking on the plane? Does it not spread while eating or drinking? Drink service in economy is suspended but goes on like normal in 1st class, does it not spread at the front of the plane when drinks are served?
