Not sure what feds are doing for no evict, but SEA just pushed the damage out to 2021. No way I would have renters in my abode while I am stranded in GWN. At least this year we are only on the hook for taxes and not mortgage. Really need to get down there to put it on the overheated market. Read this morning that people are still in bidding wars offering over 30% above asking for homes. Neighbor was in there yesterday to borrow a few tools and make sure the looters had not been by.
