People are becoming more aware of cash flow. With the current plague producing a high five figure savings in college fees, SWMBA is contemplating home repairs. The companies able to work are pretty booked out into the winter (starts equinox) and are short staffed. A number have told her they are not interested in her projects for being too small to cover costs. Once the welfare funds stop, I suspect there will be more willing workers who would rather have a job than be homeless and selling possessions to put food on the table. Maybe the workers are trapped home watching the kids Zoom classes. There was a whinging article about how kids are impeding homebound workers access to work time. Somebody has to quit work to keep kids on education track.
Pretty glad all I need do is scoop dog poo and mow the lawn. Snow will reduce that.
