Another reason I think it's prudent to sell a house now, if you can. Kaleb is 
quite fortunate to have gotten the dope growing, dog neglecting dirt bags out 
when he did. Also, the economy is artificially supported right now, in my 
opinion. I suspect a recession is on the way (actually here, technically) and 
when the fallout from the economic shut down is truly felt, house values will 
plummet. That is my opinion, based on years of observation, but no formal 
education on the matter. Just a gut feeling.

Everything goes up... Until it doesn't.
