I'm thinking the car was driven too close to a mostly peaceful protest. Something that was "mostly peaceful" occurred, the door handles are in the possession of the peaceful protestors (color match!) and there are videos circulating among certain peaceful protesters because they'd like to have another peaceful conversation with the driver.
