I got the letter a month or so ago. It involved two trips to the dealership. In first trip they inspected the sunroof and verified it was one that needed to be replaced. In the second trip they replaced it. Everything worked out well. I'm happy MB stood behind a 15 year old car by replacing a potentially defective part without charge.
