I know the DAS-3 (and DAS-2) fobs are car/chassis specific .. the switchblades you just stick in the ignition and wait.. the plastic keys... dealer.
Reprogramming them to work on another car... thats why there are so many of them on ebay for cheap. They are usable for the plastic casings only. -j.
