There has to be a market to buy these FL cars cheap privately or at
auction and transport them to the rust belt and make some good dineros
off the deal. I guess all you would need is a buyer at one end, a truck
and car hauler trailer, and a place at the other end to store them or
distribute them. Maybe that is being done, I guess Carmax does it to
some extent.
